  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper or desired seasoning
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • cooking oil

Directions

    Cut okra into round pieces.

    Dip okra into an egg and milk mixture.

    Dip into cornmeal.

    Fry until brown and remove from pan.

    Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
