- canola oil
- 5 pieces bacon chopped
- okra Fresh, chopped
- 2 eggs
- bisquick
- creole seasoning
- garlic and herb seasoning
Directions

1Heat oil in a cast iron Skillet on medium high. Add pieces of bacon and brown.

2In a separate bowl, mix okra, egg(s) and bisquick until the consistency looks right.

3Add more oil for frying into skillet, and dump okra mixture into skillet to let brown. Season with garlic and herb seasoning.

4When brown enough, let okra drain on a paper towel and serve immediately!

5Optional- add in finely chopped onion.. yum!
