- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Directions

1Skin and bone chicken breasts.

2Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture, then in onion rings.

3Place in an 8-inch round glass dish; cover.

4Cook in microwave on High for 6 1/2 to 10 minutes, rotating dish every 4 minutes.

5Cut into bite size pieces before serving.

6This dish can be assembled, but not cooked, ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until guests arrive.

7Then just microwave and serve.
