- milk
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
- fat for frying
Directions

1Slice onions in 1/2 inch rounds.

2Separate each ring, using the largest ones.

3Soak 1 hour in bowl with enough milk to cover onion rings.

4Mix rest of ingredients; fold in egg whites.
