  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cups oil
  • 2 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09

    Mix bread crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl or pie plate.

    Whisk eggs and water in separate bowl until blended.

    Heat oil in large deep skillet to 360F on medium-high heat.

    Dip shrimp into egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.

    Cook shrimp, in batches, 2 to 4 min.

    or until golden brown.

    Drain on paper towels.
