- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups oil

Directions

1Mix bread crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl or pie plate.

2Whisk eggs and water in separate bowl until blended.

3Heat oil in large deep skillet to 360F on medium-high heat.

4Dip shrimp into egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.

5Cook shrimp, in batches, 2 to 4 min.

6or until golden brown.
