  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 48 each sandwich pickle planks, 1/8 inch thick
  • 24 each brioche sandwich rolls, split
  • 1-1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 each beef patties (80/20), 8 oz. each
  • 24 slices Swiss cheese slices (1/2 oz.)
  • 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
  • 24 leaves leaf lettuce leaves
  • 6 each tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
  • 24 slices red onions, thinly sliced
  • 48 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • shaved smoked ham

    Mix flour, salt and pepper.

    For each serving: Dredge 2 pickle shanks in flour mixture.

    Fry in 350 degrees F oil for 1 to 1-1/2 min.

    or until golden brown; set aside.

    Brush cut sides of 1 roll evenly with 1 Tbsp.

    butter.

    Toast lightly on griddle; set aside.

    Season beef patty with additional salt and pepper to taste; cook on medium-high heat 6 min.

    on each side or to medium (160 degrees F) or desired doneness.

    Top with 1 cheese slice; cook until melted.

    Spread each cut side of roll with 1 Tbsp.
