- 1/2 c. ham or leftover meat, diced
- 1/2 c. vegetables (carrots, green beans, bamboo shoots, etc.), diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.
