  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil or bacon fat
  • 1/2 c. ham or leftover meat, diced
  • 1/2 c. vegetables (carrots, green beans, bamboo shoots, etc.), diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten

    Heat oil in skillet.

    Add meats and vegetables.

    Fry until vegetables are cooked.

    Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce; cook 1 minute.

    Add eggs.
