Directions

1In a skillet, cook meat.

2Add green pepper, onion and carrot. Continue cooking until onion cooks, about 1 to 2 minutes.

4Sprinkle soy sauce, stirring constantly.

5In skillet, break egg into mixture, stirring until egg cooks. Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
