  • onion, chopped
  • carrot, chopped
  • soy sauce
  • egg
  • meat (whatever you desire, e.g., bacon, shrimp, ham)
  • 2 c. cooked rice

    In a skillet, cook meat.

    Add green pepper, onion and carrot. Continue cooking until onion cooks, about 1 to 2 minutes.

    Sprinkle soy sauce, stirring constantly.
