- 1 lb. beef chunks
- 2 cans tiny shrimp
- rice
- 6 green onions
- fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Cook beef chunks in pressure cooker (10 to 15 minutes, until tender) with butter.

2(Brown with butter; cook with water.) Drain, saving broth.

3Measure broth, replacing water with broth. Cook rice, using a little less broth/water.

4Drain shrimp.

5When rice is done, put oil and butter in skillet.

6Add onions, mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until mushrooms are done.

7Add beef; stir.

8Add rice.

9Fry until brownish.
