- 1/2 chopped bell pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion, celery and bell pepper.

2Drain and add soy sauce.

3Add cooked rice; mix well.

4Turn heat to low. Place lid on skillet and steam for 10 minutes.

5Add more soy sauce when served, if needed.
