- 1 c. cubed chicken
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 2 c. cold cooked rice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- dash of garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Heat oil on medium until hot.

2Add chicken and onion, stirring continuously until chicken is cooked (about 2 minutes).

3Add peas and carrots, rice and pepper.

4Stir until heated.

5Add garlic salt, soy sauce and egg, stirring quickly until egg is cooked.
