- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. cooked bacon
- 1/2 c. char siu pork
- 1/2 c. scallions, chopped
- 4 c. cold cooked rice
- chopped vegetables (celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and broccoli)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat 1/2 the oil in wok.

2Scramble eggs.

3Remove from pan. Add rest of oil.

4Fry meat and scallions.

5After a few minutes, add rice and vegetables, stirring constantly.

6Pour in the rest of ingredients and add eggs.

7Heat and serve.
