Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. cooked bacon
  • 1/2 c. char siu pork
  • 1/2 c. scallions, chopped
  • 4 c. cold cooked rice
  • chopped vegetables (celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and broccoli)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat 1/2 the oil in wok.

    Scramble eggs.

    Remove from pan. Add rest of oil.

    Fry meat and scallions.

    After a few minutes, add rice and vegetables, stirring constantly.

    Pour in the rest of ingredients and add eggs.

    Heat and serve.
