  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. carrots, chopped (use fresh or canned)
  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Brown meat; add carrots and green onions.

    Cook until carrots are tender (if using fresh ones).
