- 6 pieces bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 scrambled eggs
Directions

1Fry bacon. Remove bacon and set aside.

2Save bacon grease.

3Put some aside to fry eggs.

4Add to bacon grease 1/2 chopped onions, 1/2 cup water and soy sauce.

5Cook until onions are tender.

6Cook rice.

7Scramble eggs in another pan (with some of the bacon grease).

8When cooked, break up the eggs as fine as you like them. Put rice in pan and stir together with water, onions and soy sauce.

9If too much liquid remains, keep cooking until you get however dry/moist you like.

10Crumble bacon and eggs into pan and you're done.
