- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Beat 2 eggs and cook in skillet like an omelet.

2Brown hamburger with pepper, salt and soy sauce.

3Add green onions and green pepper to drained fat from hamburger.

4Cook until tender. Add rice and cooked egg.

5Mix all together; top with 1/4 cup green onions, chopped fine.
