  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Directions

    Beat 2 eggs and cook in skillet like an omelet.

    Brown hamburger with pepper, salt and soy sauce.

    Add green onions and green pepper to drained fat from hamburger.

    Cook until tender. Add rice and cooked egg.

    Mix all together; top with 1/4 cup green onions, chopped fine.
