- bell pepper
- onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. fried rice mix
- soy sauce to taste
- may add meat and tomatoes
Directions

1Add shortening and scramble eggs; saute bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.

2Add ingredients until done; add rice and soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

3Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve.
