- 6 to 8 oz. shrimp
- 1 tsp. baking soda or baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil (1/2 sesame oil and 1/2 peanut oil)
- 1 Tbsp. black soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. mixed peas and carrots
- 3 chopped green onions
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Season shrimp in the baking soda, oil and soy sauce.

2Heat 6 tablespoons oil in wok; add shrimp.

3Cook 1 minute.

4Add eggs. Cook 1/2 minute.

5Add cooked rice.

6Cook enough rice for 6. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce.

7Add green onions.

8Keep stirring every time you add another ingredient.

9Have rice cooked before you start the wok.
