- 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked until fluffy and soft
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. salami, diced
Directions

1In a wok, saute vegetables and salami in oil until vegetables are tender.

2Add rice; mix well and push to side of wok or pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in wok or pan and scramble 3 eggs until set.

3Mix together all ingredients.
