- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Heat oil; add rice, mushrooms, onion and soy sauce.

2Cook for 10 minutes.

4Stir and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
