  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • soy sauce to taste

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package.

    Chop onion in small pieces. Saute onion in frypan; add cooked rice, then add soy sauce to taste.

    Stir until well blended and hot.

    Serve with baked chicken or any other meat or fish dinner.
