- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 1 lb. bacon, sliced into small squares
- soy sauce
- small shrimp (if desired)
Directions

1Scramble eggs ahead.

3Cook rice ahead and let cool ahead while you fry your bacon until it is crisp.

4Drain most of the grease, let enough in so you can saute the green onions until tender.

5Gradually add the cooled rice.

6Mix all ingredients together and flavor with soy sauce to your own taste.
