  • 1 c. rice (River rice)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 1 lb. bacon, sliced into small squares
  • soy sauce
  • small shrimp (if desired)

Directions

    Scramble eggs ahead.

    Let set.

    Cook rice ahead and let cool ahead while you fry your bacon until it is crisp.

    Drain most of the grease, let enough in so you can saute the green onions until tender.

    Gradually add the cooled rice.

    Mix all ingredients together and flavor with soy sauce to your own taste.
