- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- m.s.g.
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. ham, chopped
- 1/2 c. shrimp, cut in half
- 2 c. rice
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
Directions

1Cook rice and let stand 10 minutes.

2Melt oil and butter in skillet.

3Add garlic, onion, m.s.g., salt and pepper; brown lightly.

4Add ham and shrimp.

5Cook 3 minutes.

7Toss. Add ketchup.
