- 1 1/2 c converted rice (not instant)
- 3 c beef broth
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 t salt
Directions

1Heat oil in a medium saucepan.

2Add rice and stir until browned.

3Add broth and salt.

4Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook covered for 20 minutes.

5Rice will be fluffy and liquid should be completely absorbed.
