  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 c. cold cooked rice
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. green onion
  • 1 c. diced, cooked pork, ham, chicken or shrimp
  • 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Cook pork in oil until brown.

    Stir in soy sauce, rice, mushrooms and bean sprouts.

    Cook until heated.

    Make well in center.

    Add eggs.

    Cover; cook until eggs are half set. Uncover; continue cooking.

    Stir to mix.

    Serve garnished with onions.
