  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 6 pieces bacon
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can Spam, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Prepare the rice with the water. Set aside. Cut up the bacon and fry. Add the onion and Spam. Brown, then add the soy sauce. Add rice and heat.
