- 2 c. rice
- 1 lb. ground chuck (beef)
- 1/2 lb. shrimp (optional)
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. canned mushrooms
- 2 banana peppers, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Cook rice with 4 cups water.

2Fry meat in large frying pan with carrots; add diced onion and peppers.

3Season as needed with your preference of seasonings.

4After meat is done and onions and peppers softened; add cooking oil, soy sauce, rice and mushrooms. Scramble eggs and add to mixture and fry.
