- 2 c. cooked rice, set aside
- 1 scrambled egg, set aside
- 1 medium carrot, sliced or shredded
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. meat (beef, pork, chicken or sausage)
- pepper
- garlic
- soy sauce
Directions

1In large skillet over medium heat saute veggies.

2Add everything to veggies, season with garlic and pepper to taste. Add soy sauce to make it your favorite soy taste.

3Serve with good French or Italian bread.
