  • 2 c. cooked rice, set aside
  • 1 scrambled egg, set aside
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced or shredded
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. meat (beef, pork, chicken or sausage)
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • soy sauce

Directions

    In large skillet over medium heat saute veggies.

    Add everything to veggies, season with garlic and pepper to taste. Add soy sauce to make it your favorite soy taste.

    Serve with good French or Italian bread.

    A great way to make a good meal, use up leftovers and stretch that before pay day meal.
