  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 or more slices of ham
  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 slices of ginger, finely minced
  • 2-3 handsful finely sliced vegetables (Corn, Carrots, Peas, Asparagus et c.)
  • 4- 6 cups of rice
  • 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • Fresh coriander, torn

Directions

    Slice all ingredients finely, stir fry with a little oil, then add rice, sprinkle through soy sauce and toss gently until warmed through, and grains separate.
