- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 2 slices of ginger, finely minced
- 2-3 handsful finely sliced vegetables (Corn, Carrots, Peas, Asparagus et c.)
- 4- 6 cups of rice
- 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- Fresh coriander, torn
Directions

1Slice all ingredients finely, stir fry with a little oil, then add rice, sprinkle through soy sauce and toss gently until warmed through, and grains separate.
