  • 6 slices Bacon, Cut Into Pieces
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green Onion, Chopped

Directions

    Fry bacon, but don't overcook it. Remove bacon pieces and add in the cooked rice. Let it fry for a bit on one side and then flip it over. Add soy sauce. Add bacon pieces back in and mix it up. Push rice mixture to one side of your skillet, and soft scramble eggs on the other side, then integrate into rice. Add onions at the end.
