- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 6 tablespoons oil
- 4 cups cooked rice, must be cold
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions

1Wash and finely chop the green onion.

2Heat a wok or frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil.
