  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • oil
  • 1 egg, mixed with 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 small onion, chopped, or 2 scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. pork, ham or shrimp

Directions

    Fry egg in flat pan; do not stir.

    Flip over until cooked. Slice into 1-inch strips.

    Set aside.

    Saute onion until clear; add meat.

    Add to egg.
