  • 5 Tbsp. oil or sesame oil
  • 3 green onions
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • thinly chopped or sliced cooked chicken, beef, shrimp or pork

    Heat oil.

    Add rice and stir-fry 4 minutes.

    Add green onions and soy sauce.

    Push rice aside.

    Add eggs.

    Stir the rice into the eggs.

    Add meat and heat thoroughly.
