- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. diced ham
- 2 strips bacon, diced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice omitting salt; set aside. Cook bacon and ham in vegetable oil until bacon is crisp. Add mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in rice, onions and soy sauce. Stir-fry at medium heat for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
