Ingredients
- 4 to 5 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (vetsin)
- salt to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. onion leaves, chopped (spring onions)
Directions

1Beat egg; add a little salt.

2Heat a little oil in frying pan. Spread beaten egg thinly and fry.

3Slice into thin strips; set aside.

4Saute garlic until brown in oil.

5Add onion.

6When wilted, add pork.

7Stir 3 minutes.

8Season with salt and vetsin. Cook 10 minutes.

9Stir in rice and egg strips; mix well.

10Fry for 10 minutes.

11Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
