  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 3 c. chopped ham
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
  • soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 4 eggs, scrambled

Directions

    Fry the bacon, break up into small pieces.

    Add bacon to the ham and a little bit of the bacon grease.

    To this add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; shake in desired amounts of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

    Let this simmer while you cook the rice.

    Cook rice until almost done, rinse in hot water and drain. Add the rice to the bacon mixture.

    Scramble the eggs, cook them until done and light.

    Spoon the eggs into the rest of the mixture.

    Eat hot.
