- 1 lb. bacon
- 3 c. chopped ham
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
- soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 4 eggs, scrambled
Directions

1Fry the bacon, break up into small pieces.

2Add bacon to the ham and a little bit of the bacon grease.

3To this add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; shake in desired amounts of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

4Let this simmer while you cook the rice.

5Cook rice until almost done, rinse in hot water and drain. Add the rice to the bacon mixture.

6Scramble the eggs, cook them until done and light.

7Spoon the eggs into the rest of the mixture.

8Eat hot.
