  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 slices bacon
  • short grain rice, cooked and chilled
  • dash of Accent
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Slice bacon in 1/4-inch pieces and stir-fry until cooked, but not crispy.

    Push aside.

    Crack eggs in same skillet and scramble. Throw in onions and push aside with bacon and eggs.

    Toss in rice and sprinkle on soy sauce and Accent.

    Mix all together and turn off heat.
