Fried Rice In Double Ham

Ingredients

  • 2 cup egg fried rice or any fried rice
  • 2 slice any ham
  • 1 dash italian balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp (pounded garlic ,2tbsp of plum sauce ,1 tsp of sugar , dash of salt and 1 tbsp of kalamansi juice and 1 tbsp of oil (mix well in a pan )
  • 2 Italian plum tomato and salad or
  • 1 fresh coriader leaf

    EGG AND MUSTARD SEED FRIED RICE

    In pan with oil add in the beaten eggs and stir fry it then quickly add cooked white rice stir vigorously till eggs totally set
  3. 3
    Add a dash of salt and pepper with the toasted mustard seed ( in another pan just lightly toast the mustard seed for 1 minutes ) and stir fry for another 3 minutes

    On a parchment papper baked the thinly slice smoke ham at 200 C/400F for 5 to 8 minute till corner are slightly crispy..

    FOR THE GARLIC PLUM DRESSING ,,, add all ingredients in a pan and mix well then off heat

    Scoop the egg fried rice into a small bowl and press frimly to shape it ,, then turn over onto a slice of baked ham then top with another slice of ham then garnish with some garlic plum dressing
