Fried Rice Packed with Ginger

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 2 pieces Ginger
  • 4 Wiener sausages
  • 2 tsp Chicken stock granules
  • 2 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 700 grams Hot cooked white rice
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 as required Pepper
  • 1 Salt

Directions

    Finely chop the onion and ginger.

    Roughly chop the green peppers and sausages.

    Beat the eggs.

    Coat a frying pan in vegetable oil and set the heat to high.

    When hot, quickly fry the egg and set it aside on a plate.

    Coat the frying pan with vegetable oil again, add the onions and fry over medium heat.

    When the onion has wilted, add the green peppers and sausages.

    Mix in the chicken stock granules, then add the rice and mix everything together as it fries.

    Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper and fry some more.

    Taste it and add a little salt if necessary.

    Finally, mix in the egg from Step 2, and it's done.
