- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 yellow onion, peeled and cut into large dices
- 1 medium size tomato, diced
- 1/2 green sweet bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 lb. cooked seafood (shrimp or crab)
- Tabasco to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice; allow it to cool.

2Heat a wok or a large frying pan; add the oil.

3Saute the garlic and yellow onion until the onion is clear.

4Add the remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot.

5This is a simple dish to fix but is delicious.
