  • 1 1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 yellow onion, peeled and cut into large dices
  • 1 medium size tomato, diced
  • 1/2 green sweet bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 lb. cooked seafood (shrimp or crab)
  • Tabasco to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook rice; allow it to cool.

    Heat a wok or a large frying pan; add the oil.

    Saute the garlic and yellow onion until the onion is clear.

    Add the remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot.
