- 1 salmon fillet (Cleaned and diced into strips about 1.5 inches in diameter)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Heat the oil in a frying pan.

2Add the garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.

4Cook on 1 side for 15 seconds.

5Flip and cook for 15 seconds.

6Add salt and pepper.

7Stir fry until unside of salmon is a light pink.
