  • 1 salmon fillet (Cleaned and diced into strips about 1.5 inches in diameter)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

    Heat the oil in a frying pan.

    Add the garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.

    Add the salmon.

    Cook on 1 side for 15 seconds.

    Flip and cook for 15 seconds.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Stir fry until unside of salmon is a light pink.
