- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1In a shallow dish, combine flour with salt. Roll scallops in flour mixture.

2In another small bowl, dip scallops in egg, mixed with water.

3Then coat with bread crumbs.

4Drop into hot oil in fryer.

5Fry until golden, about 3 minutes.

6Drain.

7Serve hot.
