- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- White Lily self-rising flour
- canola oil
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp.

2Slit back of shrimp to butterfly it. Mix egg and milk; salt and pepper to taste.

3Dip shrimp in milk mixture, then roll in flour.

4Fry in hot oil until browned.

5Do not overcook or shrimp will be tough.
