- 1 onion, diced
- some okra, sliced
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 1 green tomato, diced
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Shake all of vegetables, flour and cornmeal in a large container until vegetables are coated.

2Heat oil in a large skillet until hot, add vegetables and cook until tender.
