- 1 medium eggplant
- 60 grams flour
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 shallot (finely chop)
- 1 cloves garlic (finely chop)
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml cooking oil
Directions

1slice the eggplant like so..

2mix all the ingredient except cooking oil and slice eggplant.

3The batter should be little bit thick texture, so adjust the amount of water

4Deep fry the eggplant, turn to the other side when one side has cooked.

5Fry until golden brown.
