- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Rinse squash and slice into chips, then add salt and pepper. Crack egg and separate yolk from white (use whites only).

2In a large bowl, dip squash chips in egg white, then cover chips with flour.

3Heat oil in skillet on medium to medium-high and cook until golden brown.
