- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Section squirrel.

2Soak in salt water until free of blood. Roll in flour mixed with salt and pepper to taste.

3Fry in skillet with enough grease to bubble around each piece of meat. Fry each side until brown.

4After meat is browned, turn down heat and add 1 cup water.

5Cover and let simmer until tender.
