  • 2 1/2 oz. red crushed pepper
  • 2 1/2 oz. chili powder
  • 2 1/2 oz. garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 oz. Accent

    Rub on turkey the night before.

    Wrap the turkey in foil.

    Use one per turkey.

    Fry turkey in oil that has covered the turkey. Fry turkey 5 1/2 minutes per pound.
