"Fried" Turkey

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce, mixed with water to equal 1 c.
  • turkey cutlets or raw turkey breasts, sliced
  • Pam

Directions

    Put turkey in dish and cover with enough soy mixture so there isn't any turkey sticking out.

    Allow to soak in refrigerator at least 18 hours.

    When ready to eat, heat pan and spray with Pam. Brown each side for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Serve.
