  • 10 wonton wrappers
  • 2 ounces ground pork
  • 12 small shallot (Minced)
  • 2 mushrooms (Minced)
  • 1 ounce shrimp (Minced)
  • 14 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • oil (for deep frying)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Place a little of filling on each square of wontons.

    Damp edges with water and fold.

    Have one point in front of you and fold over to top point to make triangle, then fold over left and right edges.

    (looks like a little hat).

    Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.

    Drain in paper towels.

    Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
