- 12 small shallot (Minced)
- 2 mushrooms (Minced)
- 1 ounce shrimp (Minced)
- 14 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Place a little of filling on each square of wontons.

3Damp edges with water and fold.

4Have one point in front of you and fold over to top point to make triangle, then fold over left and right edges.

5(looks like a little hat).

6Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.

7Drain in paper towels.
