  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 300° for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done.

    Serve with whipped cream and additional Brandied Fruit if desired.

    Freezes well.
